Gather & Hunt’s ArtDEGO 2015 Left ConatinerEstablished in 2012, Auckland culture guide Gather & Hunt has presented an annual dining experience called ArtDEGO. Each year, co-producers Courteney Peters and Rebecca Smidt select ten emerging chefs and artists and invite them to collaborate. The result is a curated dining experience that pairs fine art with fine food. Engaging and challenging, inspiring and colourful, the experience is like no other. Since 2014 ArtDEGO has established itself as a fixture on Auckland Art Gallery’s social calendar providing a truly authentic home to enjoy this unique evening. Last year’s ArtDEGO featured Nautilus of Marlborough, Antipodes Water Company, Alpha Domus of Hawkes Bay and fine Riedel glassware.
