Ayala Brut Nature_455x455px.jpg

Champagne Ayala Brut Nature NV

Brut Nature, cellar-aged for almost 4 years, demonstrates to perfection the high quality of grapes used by the House to craft its wines, and its remarkable expertise in vinification. Complex and clean, delivering dry mineral notes along with flavours of grapefruit and white fruits. Being ‘non dose’, its purity and precision make it an ideal partner for seafood, in particular raw fish and shellfish, or oysters.

Ayala Blanc de Blanc_455x455px.jpg

Champagne Ayala Blanc de Blancs 2012

The essence of Chardonnay from an exceptional vintage year. Le Blanc de Blancs is produced in small quantities in exceptional years only and fully expresses the superb calibre of great Chardonnay from the best crus of Côtes des Blancs. It is light, yet voluptuous and vibrant, showing a silky texture with a touch of raciness. It features notes of citrus fruits and white flowers, culminating in a long finish. After 6 years ageing in the Ayala cellars, remarkable minerality and low dosage make this an outstanding wine that can accompany a variety of flavoursome dishes including poultry and fish, or served on its own to celebrate a special occasion.

Ayala Perle d'Ayala 2006_455x455px.jpg

Champagne Ayala Perle d’Ayala 2006

A true work of craftsmanship, Perle d’Ayala is produced in small quantities, only in outstanding vintages and using traditional local techniques. It is aged in the House’s cellars under cork for at least 8 years in bottle, allowing the development of a complex aromatic range sought-after by connoisseurs. Crafted exclusively from Grand Cru grapes, with a majority of Chardonnay and a touch of Pinot Noir, this cuvée immortalises the House style and truly reflects the quintessential Champagne terroir. Opulent and generous, with notes of cooked white fruit, clear honey, as well as pastries with a touch of vanilla bean. The finish is both fine and long, harmonious and balanced. Matches well to slowly cooked veal roast with seasonal vegetables, a roasted stuffed chicken or turbot filet, with a white butter sauce. Limited stock available.

Dunes & Green_455x455px.jpg

Dunes & Greene Split Pick Moscato NV

Vineyards specialising in varieties from the Muscat family are often ‘split picked’ – fruit is picked first for crafting fresh and vibrant Moscato style wines, while the remainder of the vineyard is harvested later for the creation of fortified wines. The palest of rose pink, this Split Pick Moscato offers a delicate and enticing mix of pink roses, fresh strawberries and musk. With flavours of exotic tropical fruits, the palate is delightfully light and fresh; a subtle balance of sweetness with a crisp finish. Perfect as an accompaniment to a delicious brunch, or just on its own in the afternoon sun. Available in 750ml and 200ml size, with lower alcohol at 8.5% and Vegan Friendly.

Huia Brut Rose_455x455px.jpg

Huia Brut Rose Traditional Method 2016

This limited edition Sparkling Rose was released in November 2018 in collaboration with New Zealand fashion designer Kate Sylvester. The label was the first teaser from Kate Sylvester’s collection “Frances”, which celebrates the innovative and pioneering New Zealand artist, Frances Hodgkins. The wine is the first sparkling Rose to be released by Huia and it is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that are certified organic and estate grown on the Huia vineyard in Rapaura, Marlborough. The wine displays an excellent fine bead with aromas of strawberry and cherry, along with lovely fresh baked bread characters. Light strawberry and cherry fruit retain freshness on the palate. This wine has a creamy fresh dry finish. Delicious with canapes, small goods, smoked meats, sushi and smoked salmon.

La Braccesca_455x455px.jpg

La Braccesca Sabazio Rosso di Montepulciano DOC 2016

The La Braccesca Estate is composed of two separate blocks: one is located in Montepulciano and consists of some 103 hectares of vineyards located in the finest subzones for the production of Vino Noble di Montepulciano; the other is situated at the foot hills of the neighbouring township of Cortona. The wine takes its name from Sabatino Lulli, known as ‘Sabazio’, a monk of the abbey of Montepulciano who, in the early Middle Ages, gave indications on how to ferment the grapes of the area into wine. The 2016 Sabazio offers an intense ruby red colour tending towards purple. The nose is fresh floral and fruit notes of violets and red currants. The palate is elegant and silky with a slightly sweet and fruity finish which brings back the aromas first felt on the nose.
