Pinot Noir 2017

Being held in Wellington from 31st January to 2nd February, this is one of New Zealand’s most significant wine events.  This celebration happens just once every four years, and brings together the wines, people and places that benchmark New Zealand Pinot Noir, there will be 117 wineries bringing over 600 wines to 500 visionaries, industry leaders, influencers and lovers of this variety.  The line-up of keynote speakers is impressive and includes Jancis Robinson MW OBE, described as the ‘most respected wine critic and journalist in the world’.  Tickets can be purchased at www.pinotnz.co.nz

 

Champagne Bollinger Trade Tennis Tournaments 2017

A keenly anticipated event in the trade, our annual Champagne Bollinger Trade Tennis Tournaments will be held in Auckland and Wellington next year, with the finals being held in Auckland to decide the National winner. Top teams from the South Island will be flown to the Wellington tournament to compete there. Although there is a competitive element to the tournaments, most teams come along to drink Bollinger and have some fun playing tennis.  There are prizes for best dressed teams.  You must have a listing of have purchased Champagne Bollinger to be eligible to play. Invitations will be out early January.

Negociants Fine Wine Tour 2017

Our annual wine tour is on next year on these dates:

  • Auckland – Monday 24th July
  • Wellington – Tuesday 25th July
  • Christchurch – Wednesday 26th July
  • Dunedin – Thursday 27th July

We will be offering a full tasting of our New Zealand and Australian portfolio with winemakers and winery representatives from NZ Wineries: Alpha Domus, Auntsfield, Black Barn, Delta, Fromm, Dry River, Greywacke, Huia, Joiy, Misha’s Vineyard, Mt Beautiful, Nautilus, Opawa,Palliser, Rippon, Saint Clair, Two Paddocks, Urlar, Vinoptima, Waipara Springs and Australia wineries: Brokenwood, d’Arenberg , Henschke, Jim Barry, Langmeil, Vasse Felix and Yalumba.
